    Refund Policy for DOA (Dead on Arrival) Claims

    Refunds cannot be processed without both your order number and clear DOA photos as proof. To ensure a smooth process, please submit all required information in a single email within 4 hours of delivery. Sending multiple emails may result in delays, as each message is processed separately.

    To avoid delays, please format your Refund Request as follows:

    1. Your Name

    2. Your Order Number

    3. The Name and Quantity of the DOA item(s) you are reporting

    4. Clear Photo Evidence:

      • Place the DOA item(s) on a paper towel or plain sheet of paper, outside of the bag and water.

      • If reporting multiple items, include them in one clear photo whenever possible.

      • Blurry or unclear photos will not be accepted, and we will be unable to issue a refund.

      • Do not send videos or links—for security reasons, we cannot open these file types.

    🚨 Important: All requested information must be included in a single email within 4 hours of delivery to prevent processing delays.

    Please allow a few days for us to review and process your refund request.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Yes, depending on the distance! We are located in Pulaski County. Send us a message through the “Contact” tab located at the top right of this page.

  • We are unable to break the order quantities to less than the specified amount.

  • We are unable to accept any lower offers, make deals, or offer volume discounts. The price that you see is the price you pay.

  • We are unable to accept returns on any livestock it. There are No Exceptions! We recommend you donate them to your local pet or fish store so they can find a good home.

    • USPS Priority Mail $14.99

    • UPS Next Day Air $39.99 (Not available in all areas - Not available in Alaska - UPS can not ship to PO Boxes)

    General Shipping Info (subject to change): We only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

    Details: Orders are processed the day before they are shipped. For example, orders processed Monday are shipped Tuesday.

    For the safety of the animals, we do not ship aquatic life on Thursday and Friday. We are closed on weekends. We do not want live aquatic animals sitting in the USPS warehouse over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.

    United States of America - Domestic shipping only!  Sorry, we cannot ship to anyone in Hawaii & Washington State.
